About the Business
He quite literally knows whatever is worth knowing when it comes to commercial fishing. It was during this time that the importance of customer service was ingrained in his thinking. He followed this with a move to catering; firstly in the family run banquet catering business before moving to "The North Sea Fish Restaurant", one of London's premier Fish & Chip venues.
During her time as a fish supplier she has supplied and dealt with virtually all the Fish&Chips outlets in London considered to be the elite in the industry.
