Fresh fish is our passion and we believe that it should be available for future generations. Current wasteful fishing practices lead to increasingly depleted fish stocks. Our fish is sourced from sustainable traders at our local Billingsgate fish market, ensuring fish stocks remain healthy. All of our products, including our speciality, homemade chips are prepared on site. We are proud to serve the freshest fish and chips, the great British invention, in the heart of Theatreland.
