Fryer Tuck

We have been frying Fish & Chips in the Barnard Castle area for 35 years giving us plenty of experience. Our family has a proud heritage of cooking Fish and Chips Barnard Castle and Middleton in Teesdale. This is our second shop in Barnard Castle.

We cook in double refined best beef dripping. For our fresh chips we peel the potatoes in the morning, then cut them and fry them straight away. Our batter is made fresh as we need it too. Same goes for our huge 32 ounce pieces of cod too cut in the morning and fried in the afternoon. Freshness is the key and we only use the best ingredients. For Fish and Chips Barnard Castle we are the best. We are proud winners of "Best Business" and "Environmental Achievement" at the 2014 Teesdale Business Awards.
