We are situated on the corner of Hilderthorpe Rd and Bridge St. Opening in 2005 we have had excellent reviews from The Sunday Times and The Hull and East Riding Mail as well as winning the Seafish award. We believe fresh fish should be served uncomplicated and speak for itself. We serve a wide range of seasonal fish and seafood as well as traditional fish and chips. We fry in traditional beef dripping and use a secret recipe to ensure the perfect crisp batter. We are licensed and have a great wine list. We open for lunch and dinner, please telephone to book.
The owner, James Goacher is passionate about seafood and the conservation of sea stocks. James comes from a fishing background, his grandfather worked for Boggs, who were a large fish wholesaler and had fishing boats in Bridlington harbour. His father Michael and uncle Alfie were fish merchants and through these connections James is able to source great fresh seafood.
