As a family we had talked for years about opening a fish and chip shop, so in 2008 we decided to realise the ambition and open The Sea Tree. Our "fresh and chips" mission is simple; to offer youfresh, healthy and sustainable fish cooked to order. The Sea Tree is an 'alternative fish bar, ' offering traditional fresh fish and chips alongside alternative choices such as mackerel and calamari cooked the way you want; battered, grilled or pan-fried.
We first tried the Chip Inn way back in June, it's fish is so fresh and delicious, perfectly cooked with a crisp light batter, never that soggy awful stuff you get some places! The chips are deliciousand hard to resist! Everything is always faultless clean and fresh.
