George and Nigel Anderson have had a fish & chip premises in Hilden for a combined 30 years under various trading names. We have now brought our knowledge & experience together in a modern hygenic environment. The premises underwent extensive renovations in the Summer of 2009 and was then rebranded "Andersons" to reflect the family nature of the business. Despite the modern styling, every effort has been made to maintain the tried and tested methods we have developed over many years. All our chips are prepared fresh on the premises every day, as are the battered products we sell including our unique chicken fillet.
