After a career of over 20 years as an Executive Chef, heading the top kitchens within the Hilton Hotel Group, Andy Brown teamed up with the well established Somerford (Christchurch) fish and chip shop to produce Britain's favourite food to the very highest standard. The partnership has been so successful that a second shop has now been opened in Alder Road (Poole). Using the finest produce from sustainable stocks, we offer exceptional quality, freshly cooked, food. We are pleased to cater for customers requiring their food to be cooked in gluten and wheat free batter, in accordance with guidelines from the Coeliac Society. We are proud to be a recommended dining establishment by the Society. Our fish is cooked just how you like it, with standard or light batter, breaded, or steamed, whichever is your preference. We cater for special functions, both in the restaurant or for delivery.
