Lee Holt established Holt's fish and chips to be a traditional fish and chip shop that is always welcoming and aims to serve the best quality fish and chips. It was opened on the 13th of January 2009by Lee and a small team of friendly staff. In 2010 it won New Business of the year in the Pendle Business Awards. In 2011 it beat off competition from Devon and Dorset and Shetland to be crowned Best Newcomer 2011 in the Seafish National Fish and Chip Awards.

Beedles Chippy was established and opened inBishop Auckland on the 21st of August 1991 (20 years in 2011). Throughout this time owner Peter Beedle has strived to achieve the highest of standards. In 1996 the shop was awarded the Seafish Quality award.
Established over 25 years ago, Poseidon takes it's name from the Greek god of the sea. We take pride in sourcing the best quality fresh fish available from ports all around the UK coast. Fresh fish isdelivered to us every morning within 24 hours of it being landed at the quayside. We do our best to keep prices as competitive as possible. Poseidon's base can be found in the Liverpool fish market, which relocated within Liverpool's meat market on Prescot Road 10 years ago.
Napoli Fish Bar first opened in St. James St, New Bradwell. In the beginning Napoli Fish Bar traded in fish and chips and Italian take-away. However, we later decided to focus purely on our awardwinning fish and chips! Rob began his career in catering in 1999 working in the kitchens of hotels until he found his niche as a fryer in his then local fish and chip shop in Newquay.
