Here at Caviar Plaice we are committed to making the best quality fish and chips around Weymouth. We strive to provide good customer service and meet our customer needs. We only buy the best quality produce sourced from sustainable fishing grounds along with the best quality potatoes to be found locally.
Our staffs are trained professionally and are given regular in house exercises along with the use of the latest frying range. Our head chef and manager are awarded with food safety and catering certificates and have had training with the NFFF. We endeavour to improve individually as well as a team and only do our best to provide good quality fish and chips. Our food is prepared daily in store making sure that each fish is cut to perfection and our chips are chipped using the finest blades.
